Overall Configuration Changes Snapshot

Hi Folks,

what method does NCM use for calculating the overall Overall Configuration Changes Snapshot pie chart. The reason I ask is because I have a 36% chunk of the pie chart that is 'unknown'; how can it be unknown? Anyway I'm sure once the method NCM uses is explained a reasonable explanation will be releaved.

bump...can anyone explain what criteria is used to classify devices in the 'unknown' category?

I have questions about how this resource works period. Even though I have a job that runs daily downloading configs, NCM only keeps them if they change. However it seems because I have this option set I can't use ant timeframe other than "since last update". Jiri Cvachovec, can you help us understand how this resource works?
