Error creating work process (5)

Hello,

I've just installed a trial version of Mobile Admin on a Windows Server 2008 R2.

When I launch the application from this server or from my BlackBerry, after authentication the message "Error creating work process (5)" appears.

Would you have a solution for this issue ?

Native French Windows is not a supported operating system, as yet. Mobile Admin requires an English version of Windows. A French language pack can be added. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,

Error code 5 means Access Denied. It looks like that you are trying to log in to Mobile Admin with an Windows user that has restricted access. Try to log in to Mobile Admin with an administrator account. If the problem persists it would be helpful posting some appropriate information from the Mobile Admin log file located in subfolder logs of the Installation folder.

I'm loging in with an administrator account which was used to install Mobile Admin.

Below what I see in the log file :

LEVEL0: 2012-10-15T11:22:31 - 1152 - WindowsLoginModule - Windows login succeeded for user Administrateur on domain RESTECO

LEVEL0: 2012-10-15T11:22:33 - 1152 - PageDispatcher - Connection [3224]. Error creating work process: 5 Windows user: RESTECO\Administrateur

LEVEL0: 2012-10-15T11:22:33 - 1152 - PageDispatcher - Error creating work process (5).

Could this be a French version of Windows 2008, not English Windows with a French language pack..?
