CatOS configs partially backed up

The config download job is not working properly. It's only downloading the startup config and not the running config even though both are checked. I'm also see that switches running CatOS are showing incomplete configuration backups. It varies per device but most of the config is missing.
Anyone else having this issue?

I had this issue with partical backup of config's for CatOS. However once I D/L the latest version and I also received a new swtelnet9.dll file from SW I was able to get complete configs.

what revision of the SWTelent file do you have that works on catos, Im having a problem were none of my 6500's with Catos switches can download configs

I am using SWTelnet9 and I can pull CATos configs fine from 6500 and 4000 series.
