Temporarily Disabling Alerts / Force poll refresh

Is there a way to temporarily disable the alerts on APM? We're looking for a way to temporarily disable alerts while we tend to the problem. Sometimes we cannot tend to the problem immediately and we continuously will get paged.

Also, is there a way to force refresh a poll on a APM? For instance, if a service is down, we'll enable the alert, and then we could force a refresh on the web page to see that the service is up.

In the next version, there's going to be a feature that allows you to "unmanage" an application.

Thanks Denny. What about a force refresh on APM's? It is sometimes frustrating that I have to wait for the next poll to be able to figure out if my App or queue length updated appropriately.

If you edit the application monitor (or its template) then it will be scheduled to poll right then. You don't have to change anyhting, just go into the Edit Application Monitor page and click Submit

Is there a plan to implement the feature I'm looking for? The action above does exactly what I'm looking for, but it'd be great to do this in one click (either on the APM home page or on the APM page) instead of multiple clicking. Our old monitoring software had this implementation and has grown into our own workflow.

If there is no near-future implementation on this, can I submit this as an enhancement request? If yes, how do I go about submitting this as a request?
