create separate dashboards for deferent IT groups ina large ORG

Is it possible to create a Dashboard and tie permissions to different IT departments in an organization for example I dont want the IT group from the east coast to see resources from the west coast and still give them the permissions to add and remove widgets into there own dashboard?

You can limit a user/group to only see specific nodes, but if anyone can make changes to views then those view changes impact all users, and you can't specify that someone only has access to specific dashboards.

What mesverrum said, in order to customise views you'll need Orion admin rights. So the only way to do it now is to configure individual views - like 1 for east admins and another one for west admins - and ask them what they want to see.

Example of limiting views in the screenshot, where I created an "Intern" user, restricted what they can see (IP Address), created an own menu bar called "intern menu" and denied access to flow data.

how about if I only want them to see there own devices and network atlas diagram?

If the teams don't need Full Admin you can give them the ability to Manage Views without admin then set account limitations so that they only see selected equipment.
