HPUX (Memory, Disk and CPU utilization)

Dears,

I can see HPUX node and monitor them from Network side, but unfortunately I need to see exactly what is the utilization for their RAM, CPU and Disk...

Note that APM already installed

do I need to install specific template or pollers in order to communicate with HPUX nodes and collect information about RAM, CPU and Disk

Hi,

If the HP-UX SNMP agent does not support the Host-Resources-MIB, you will not be able to collect the RAM, CPU and Disks utilization by listing resources on the device.

If, instead it supports private MIBs, you can setup Universal Device Pollers to poll the relevant OIDs.
