Current Environment
- Single Callmanager, configured with AXL & properly FTP'ng the CDRs to a server
- VNQM Installed, CallManager added. AXL & FTP tests complete successfully.
- Logging enabled on FTP traffic. Can see the CallManager sending CDR traffic. Can see the FTP tests when setting up the VNQM
- VNQM FTP Polling is set to 1 minute
- VNQM CallManager Polling Interval is set to 1 minute
Situation
I am not seeing any scheduled FTP requests coming through the logs. It is as if the VNQM is not initiating the request. Has anyone else experienced this? Once I know the system is actually making the request to the system, I can continue setting things up.... I'm stumped.
