Does Polling counter reset if computer restarts

If I have a computer that polls every 24 hours and that computer restarts, does the counter for the poll reset when the computer turns back on?

The polling intervals are all handled server side by the job scheduler, Solarwinds doesn't even know if the computer restarted until the next time it polls.
