Custom Programs Wont Run from Tools Menu

Is anyone else having a problem in Cirrus Configuration Manager v3 where when you add a program into the tools menu, the program is not running when you click on it? In my case I added SSH Putty to the menu. When i go to it and click on it nothing happens. I even experimented and added Word to the tools menu and tried to run it, but alas, the same thing. Going back to v2 i tried the same thing and it runs no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to ensure that you have a device within the Device List on the left-hand side selected before clicking on the SSH Putty button.
