Edit button in "top 10 nodes by percent memory used" not showed

Please help me solve this issue.

I cannot edit top 10 nodes by percent memory used panel,

but I have admin privilege:

Do you see the "Settings" link in the far upper right? If not, your don't have all admin rights. If you can access Settings, go to Account Manager -> (choose your account) Edit -> Change "Allow Account to Customize Views to "Yes".

We have reproduced this by adding that resource to the Summary page. Please open a ticket on this so we can track the issue.

Sure enough... I just tried it and same thing happens for me on NPMv10RC3.
