Does NCM able to detect user password on a Cisco switch has expired and is required to change after n days?

Do understand that NCM can detect there is change of username/password configuration in the running/startup configuration downloaded yesterday and today by generating a config change report.

But does NCM possible to detect the user password for each switch has reached 90 days and there is a requirement to change to a new password after every 90 days?

Hi ,

You cant do this on NCM current version.Instead if you have NPM integrated in your suite.You can setup an alert for 89th day so that you can change the password manually on the switch/router and then update the same on the device template.

Would you like to have this as a feature request?

It would actually be nice to have the ability to change the password in one spot for all templates. It's a bit of a pain to changes 200+ passwords one at a time every 90 days.
