NCM Policy Reports - Which Config(s) are being analyzed?

Which config(s) does NCM analyze when running Policy Reports?

• All configs for all selected nodes?
• The latest running-config downloaded for all selected nodes?

I can't seem to find an answer to that specific question anywhere. If there is a violation in a node's startup-config but not in the running-config would this show up as a violation in the Policy Report?

When you setup the policy it will analyze the most recent config type.

There is an option to set that up as Any, Running, Startup, or Baseline.

So if  you select running, it is run against the most recent running config.
