I have been trying to find a way to add a notes or comments custom property or field that will allow us to track events for specific nodes to supplement our service desk app. It would be great to see notes and comments by date so we can better track clients history. But so far have come up empty with a way to do that within NPM.
I have tried an open text box but have not discovered how to keep it from only entering a long continuous string of text.
Has anyone looked at doing or found a way to do this?
