NCM devices don't show in web console

I have 2 Orion servers, one with NCM. NCM is importing devices from the second server each night and backing up configs. When I go to the web integrated view, I only see the devices from the first server that has NCM installed on it. How do I get to see all the devices from the web view? Is it possible?

NCM web integration can only view the nodes related to the NPM installation.

He will need to install the web integration to each NPM installation to see the nodes related to that installation.

There was an issue with this when trying to run the additional web server.

The fix was to move the integration certificate to the additional webserver.

I suspect, the same concept applies here. Try following this knowledgebase on moving the certificate to the additional poller and see if that helps.

Ran through this process and still don't see the NCM devices from the second Orion server.

Ok, just to be clear, this is an additional NPM poller and not a 2nd NPM installation correct?

If so, go ahead and open a case online with the details of the issue as well as NPM and NCM diagnostics.
