Advanced alerts does not appear in screen

Question

Hi,

I set some alerts (i.e when node status is down trigger alert and send me an email) in Advanced alert and I set  managed to show them in Manage View. when the alert triggers, I receive email, but some times there is no alert in web Console.

What is the problem?

I tested again and I underestand that once the alerts appear but when the page refreshes itself, the new alerts disappear .

What is the value in # of minutes for your page refresh in your Web Console Settings?

Maybe the alert gets reset before this page refreshes and it is never seen in the web console.

For instance, my own is now set to 10 minutes and if an alert triggers and resets under that time then I'll never see it - unless I press F5 to manually refresh the page - then happen to see it.
