How to get SNMP interface info in config change template?

Hi,

When choosing interface to execute a config change template on, the SNMP info (like port status, port description, etc) doesn't match real-life.

Is it a bug or misconfig you think?

NCM 7.3.2 + NPM 11.0.1.
