We are using Nortel/Avaya switches and are able to download or save the configs with NCM, but we are not able to upload the config to the switches successfully. Can I log this upload session to troubleshoot the issue(s)?
Thanks,
Stewart
Certainly. The trick is to use the Session Trace option in the NCM settings.

Please note that, despite the heading, this will absolutely work with devices that are connecting properly. It is a true log of the CLI-level commands and the responses from the device.
Also, please remember to turn off session trace when you are finished. Depending on the size of your environment and its configuration, you could easily fill a hard drive with log files unintentionally.
