I would like to create a user on Cirrus that can only run two scripts and nothing else. Is this possible?

Not today, but permissions-based management is on our roadmap. To ensure our implementation will cover your use-case, can you describe exactly what you are hoping to achieve? For example, do you need to limit script execution to certain nodes? Would it be okay to limit to a particular job?
