Log Parser Powershell issue

We are wanted to parse log files looking for CPU Starvation. I found the Log Parser (Powershell) template in other threads on thwack. Imported it, and testing it out on a node. I get a File Not Found. I'm 100% certain the file path is correct.

Anyone have any suggestions on how get it to work correctly? It says in the template that Windows Powershell 2.0 is required. The server I'm using has 3.0 but earlier versions should be supported.

What would be the correct arguments needed?

Orion Platform 2015.1.2, SAM 6.2.2, DPA 10.0.0, QoE 2.0, IPAM 4.3, NPM 11.5.2, PM 2.0, Storage 5.1.0, IVIM 2.1.0

Make sure it's in remote execution mode. If it is not the script is actually running on the SolarWinds server and not the remote target.

You will also need to configure WinRM on both the Orion server, as well as the host the script will be executing against.
