Unable to open orion web console, other modules and also failure in orion configuration

Hi Guys,

I have installed trail version of Solarwind-Orion Server and Application monitor from an offline installer (version 6.6) on Windows Server 2012 R2, however the configuration wizard failed with the attached error screenshots.

Also, I was unable to open other components such as orion web console, network discovery, advanced alert manager etc. Please note I have tried and performed the resolution steps mentioned in the screenshots and on the support page.

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have a local admin account.

Set solarwinds services to manual restart server.

login with local admin and set services to auto but don’t start.

right click Configurator wizard run as admin
