When upgrading NPM from v10.1.2 to v10.4.1 does the Configuration manager still need to be run after the upgrade is complete?
You shouldn't need to. The upgrade will take care of everything for you. Since you are making a large jump in release, it will ask you for a license key during the upgrade.
Big improvement and nice features in 10.4.1.
Make sure you look at this document in case you have other modules installed. They will show which other modules may need to be upgraded in order to work with 10.4.1.

Thank you for the information. I have other modules NTA & IPSLA. Have NTA v3.7 & IPSLA 3.5.1
I have upgraded NTA from v3.7 to v3.8 since v3.7 isn't compatible with NPM 10.4.1 will upgrade v3.8 to v3.10 and the 3 Hotfixes after NPM is upgraded to v10.4.1
IPSLA v3.5.1 will be upgraded to VNQM after NPM is at v10.4.1
