I just installed NCM 5.5.2 and imported my devices from NPM 9.5.1. I set up my NCM users and set their device login credentials. We are not using usernames to log into our devices, just login password, and enable passwords, but I am putting the name admin in the username field. When I go to validate the credentials with this username, password and enable 15 combination it's successful. However when I then try to download configs or run show commands, I get the "login failed: bad password" error.
I also have a few routers that do have the Username configured on them. The same credentials validation works against them, but I still get the failure when I try to actually do something with the router.
Any idea why my validation would be successful, but I can't actually connet to my devices?
