Issue: Two users connect to the machine with Cirrus 4.0 via remote desktop and both start Configuration Manager. Everything works until someone uses TFTP (e. g. configuration download). Other user cannot use TFTP from Cirrus until the first one closes Cirrus or TFTP-Server process is stopped.
Current workaround: We installed Free Solarwinds TFTP Server and start it only as service (under LOCAL SYSTEM account). It seems that both Configuration Manager instances (from both remote users) are able to reuse the same process. Though currently tested only with configuration downloads.
