Managing Views Error

I am trying to customize a view and receiving the following error:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object

This error is preventing me from adding resources to any view in any column. Has anyone run into this issue before?

I was able to fix this issue by running the configuration wizard. This issue must have arisen when I had to clear NCMPolicyCache.
