Polling Engine stop and Solarwind Network Perfomance monitor keep starting keep Starting

Dear team

I am upgraded my OS from Win server 2k3 to win server 2k8. after complete installation there come up an error that one services fail to start. From Orion Services Manager I am notice that Solarwind Network Performance monitor services keep starting keep Starting not like other service change "running" step. I am using ORION NPM 10.1.1 SLX and server OS as below

You are best to refer to the Windows Application, System and the SolarWinds Event logs to see what the reason is for the service to be failing is.

You may also need to review the SolarWinds text log files as well. Once you know why it is failing (dependancy, authentication etc.) you can then move in the right direction.

If there is nothing obvious I would suggest you raise a support ticket with SW.
