Extreme Networks equipment and Real Time Change Management

Hello,

 

Im working on setting up RTM to work with our Extreme Networks gear. We have both Extremeware and XOS deployed. I've set up the syslog trigger the same way we are doing RTM with our cisco equipment, but cannot get the extreme stuff to trigger a config download. Any help or direction would be awesome!

Have you checked to ensure that the source IP address of the Syslog device matches the IP address for the device in Orion NCM?   Also, did you add the trigger to your Syslog Server to execute ConfigAutoDownload based on the Extremware Syslog config change event?
