How to create a report for business hours ?

I want to create the following report. 

average transmit and receive utilization during business hours ( 8:00:00 - 09:00:00 ) for all interfaces.

I'm not able to succeed in this, I get different results if I make a comparison with the average % utilization using the website for the same period.
