Monitoring end user applications (zoom)

My company would like to be able to be able to monitor and verify user application data. Use case is I am in a zoom meeting and audio/video drops but I never lose my data connection. How/what does solarwinds have to be monitoring to verify that it is a on-net issue or an off-net issue.

Are you looking to monitor an end-users machine directly? Do you want to look at QOE for slowness from the perspective of the network? Do you want to netpath from a machine -> zoom? Do you want netflow traffic to identify the sources and destinations of traffic? Are you hosting zoom locally ala On-Premise Deployment - Zoom ?

There are plenty of potentially related issues.

We are looking for QOE and netpath. We are not hosting locally, and we are not looking to monitor per user device. I have netflow enabled but cant seem to get a good gauge of how to create a monitor for this. I requested a SAM test key from our acct rep but am not sure that this is going to give me what I am looking for.
