process monitor is all unknown

I am with this problem:

APM Web Site Error
Could not reach JobScheduler service after 3 retries

   at SolarWinds.APM.BusinessLayer.ScheduledJobFactory.CreateScheduledJob(Component component)
   at SolarWinds.APM.BusinessLayer.APMBusinessLayerService.OnApplicationUpdated(Application updatedApplication)
   at SolarWinds.APM.BusinessLayer.APMBusinessLayerService.RefreshApplication(Int32 appId)
   at SolarWinds.APM.BusinessLayer.APMBusinessLayerService.UpdateApplicationTemplate(ApplicationTemplate aTemplate)

orion 8.5.1 installed, Windows Server 2003 SP3, APM 1.0 SP3, when the associated node is all processes are monitors status "unknown".

Please, help me!

I see that you have SP3 installed. Since this issue was addressed in SP2 I believe, I would try re-applying SP3 to see if that helps. If not then you might consider opening a support ticket.

I already have the service pack 3 installed, but still the problem!

Is the SolarWinds Orion Job Scheduler service running?

The service SolarWinds Orion Job Scheduler is running for a while, but makes a mistake and closes, so I reinstall the system and returns it for a while, but then not to run. Now not running!
