Visio Map - Image Quality

Ive been trying to use my own Visio's Ive created as the backrounds for mapmaker. The issue that I have is that when I upload the visio as a .jpg, the image quality is reduced and the whole image becomes very grainy and hard to read even when I expand the image. When I view it locally it is very clear. Any thoughts on what I can to do resolve this problem?

Also, when you save as a jpg in visio, you can choose the quality of the exported image. By default its set to 70%. Also, set the resolution and size to screen and your results should be pretty good...
