Components with problems view

Maybe I'm missing something, but I can show applications that have problems, but not components that have problems. My users are getting upset because we will have 34 SQL applications all with problems, but really it is just a single component in each application that has an issue.

If we had a view/resource that was just the components that had a problem, we would be able to troubleshoot MUCH faster. Instead we have to click into each application (that may have 20 components or more) to see what is going on. Coorelation takes forever.

Anyone have the same issue/desire? Is there something I can do as a work around? (FYI: I have over 110 SQL servers and it gets pretty messy, and I havn't even started with OS applications yet)

You can easily create a report with the report writer to display all components with problems and embed the report into your summary view as illustrated below.

I don't think there is a resource called Components with Problems at the point, but you could accomplish this using Groups. Create a Group with all of your SQL servers in it. That way the Group Root Cause resource on the Group Summary and Details pages would then show which specific component in each group is having the issue.
