I'm currently trying to configure Alert integration with Service Now. The process of adding Service Now instance was pretty stealth forward.
My problem came up when I tried to create an alert. I'm unable to see all fields in SolarWinds that are available in Service Now.
SolarWinds only detects following fields:

Fields like Location, Assignment Group, Description, Affected CI are missing.

Can someone help me figure out what causes the problem? I'm not sure if the problem is caused by SolarWinds of by Service Now.
SolarWinds Environment: Orion 2017.3.4 SP4,NPM 12.2
Service Now version: Jakarta
SolarWinds Alert Integration plugin version: 1.0.11
