SAM component test is not completed, data is not collected on some APE.

SAM is not working correctly on several AdditionalPE .

No data are collected, status is not change for components and applications.

The test component to last indefinitely and does not terminate by timeout (on screenshot testing several hours).

Ran the Configuration Wizard on MainPE and APE, does not help.

Can anyone help me?

In Solarwinds KB was an a error which cause this problem.

Fix this error and reinstall SAM on APEs help us.

which version of SAM and other Orion products are installed?

SAM 6.2.1

NPM 11.5.2 (HF3)

VNQM 4.2.2

OrionPlatform HF6

This happened about a week ago.

Prior to that everything worked.

No updates on Solarwinds or on OS was not installed.

Not aware of any issues for this combination. It looks like you are running all the latest patches. I am assuming HFs has been applied on the polling engines as well. Sorry, can't be of any more help here.

Yes, I opened the case.

They was recommended to reinstall SAM.

But it didn't help.
