Adding map resource causes views not to load

When I add the Map resource to a view in the web console, the page will not load. It eventually has a page that says "Request timed out. Please contact SolarWinds support"



      In the OrionWeb.log I get:



      "An error occurred opening a connection to the orion communication service. Thread was being aborted."



      and



      "The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in a Faulted state."



      and



      "ERROR ASP.global_asax - Application_Error

      Request timed out"





      SQL is running and available. System resource utilization on both the SolarWinds server and the SQL server are acceptable. All Orion services are running. Other parts of the Orion website appear to be functioning fine.
