We seems to of lost the "Reports" selection from he menu bar. I checked from "Customize Menus" end edit any menu to see the available menu items and it is no longer there.

I tested creating a new item and added it to one of our menus, then I deleted it and it not only deleted from our menu but it also deleted it from the available menus list too.

How and I add the "Reports" menu item back?

Check first if you have access on "Reports" in Account Manager> Report Folder drop down box and If you found out that it is in (no reports) then choose "\Reports" and check again if Reports are already in Customize Menus

If it is still missing, you can create another menu and put this link on the address

Http://<servername>/Orion/AllReports.aspx

Just change <servername> to your server name/ Hostname of the web console
