HP BL460c G8 Hardware Health Sensors not listed

Hi,

I have a HP BL460c G8 with the SAM agent installed and working properly with SolarWinds.

The server has the Insight Management Agent installed and when I open the System Management Homepage locally on the server, I can see that it works.

When I list resources in SAM, the "Hardware Health Sensors" is missing. I have volumes and NICs, but not "Hardware Health Sensors".

Do I need certain ports open between the SolarWinds server and the HP BL460c G8 in order to get this to work? I have the Hardware Health Sensors working for several Dell servers, it just doesn't work for this one HP BL460c.

You will need to ensure that WBEM providers are installed as part of the HP Insight Manager. This is an optional component of the Insight Manager Agent that is required for SAM's Hardware Health Monitoring. Below is a link to the WBEM providers for WIndows 2012, but you can search the HPE site for other versions and supported operating systems as needed.

What should we need to install or configure on the server brands below:

HP =

Dell =

IBM =

EMC=

Oracle =

Pillar Axiom=

NEC =

Amihan =

It would be a great help for us to maximize the use of Orion monitoring tool, appreciate your feedback on this please.
