Server is unknown

Hi All ,

I am wondering why sometimes Solarwind will show status unknown State for certain servers.

But sometimes it is normal .

I noticed in Component name area , states “ No valid data was received . Timeout expired . Timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding “

Any feedback are highly appreciated !
