I am able to get NCM to authenticate with my WLC, but it does not back up. All other devices work. Any help would be appreciated.
I was able to get it to do a start up backup by downloading a template from the thwack templates.
Were you able to get this to work? I am using the Cisco WLC device template. I am getting the message "Test Failed. Cannot Log into Device: bad password". When I connect to the controller via SSH, I get a "Login as:" prompt. I enter in my user name, and then I get the prompt:

I did check this KB article, and the entries listed in the template already.

Would you be willing to share the how you have the connection profile set up? I have the template, and am using SSH. Are you using a different protocol>
