Hi Guys,
I'm pulling my hair out with setting up this audible alerts. I've followed all the steps mentioned on a number of discussions on here and the admin guide, but still can't get it to work.
Here's what I've done.
1. Added the sound file (.wav) in the inetpub sounds directory
2. Set the audible sound to the wav file on the user account
3. Added the Alerts resource on the account view
4. Generated an alert - no sound!
Do I need to add the "play sound" action on the advanced alert?
