Trying to use this tool and had success several weeks ago and now this started. When using the search feature I get this error:
keith.damore I am going to look into this for you. Does this happen for you every time you use the search function?
It does now but it didn't say 3 weeks ago. Have tried this on several different machines in our company. From what I am reading, it may be an issue on the Cisco side but need confirmation that others may be seeing the same thing
Were there any recent changes on your system? .Net framework installed? Were you able to learn anything from Cisco related to your issues?
I am using Windows 7 and MS .NET framework 4.5.1. Nothing from Cisco so far.
