A couple enhancements.

For the syslog server, it would be nice if there could be an option to strip out the Cisco sequence number which is encoded in all the packets, or maybe take it out of the message and stuff it in another field.

For all alert actions, it would be nice to use macros to be able to automatically create files for each date as the messages come in. For example, if I make a filename macro like: ${year2}-${MM}${DD}.txt, it shows up on the file system as 06-0702.txt or something like that.
