false alarm on cisco sg-350-28mp

i every body

we have 230 device like cisco 2960x, 3850x,3750g.... mikrotik, Vmware, Hyper-V, windows, linux in my solawinds NMP .

i define an alarm for NIC Utilization that will trigger when selected device reach 65% of RX on their NIC.

it work fine on my all device except my new cisco sg-350-28mp with last firmware 2.4.0.94.

the alarm will trigger on the ports of this device randomly ( active port), when i see NIC utilization in cisco command or web console, utilization is 0.2 not above of 65% of NIC throughput

device that is connected to sg-350-28mp are :

2*5mp camera

2* sale PC ( all in one )

2* POS device

1 fiber uplink

what is wrong with my alarm ?!!!!!

I think I know what the issue is, try going into the "Interface Details" and click on "Edit Interface". In the "Bandwidth" section I'm betting the values aren't what they should be. It should be a "gigabit/sec" which is 1000 Mb/s. I'm guessing the values are probably 10 or 100. It's probably not discovering correctly for some reason.

You can click on the "Custom Bandwidth" box and change them both to "1000" like they should be.

Let me know if I was right or not? If it doesn't work, post a screenshot of the "Edit Interface" settings from this page, and the "Interface Details" from the previous page...

Once you change these settings it will probably take 10-20 minutes on its own to change. If you go back and "rediscover" the node and poll a few times it might update quicker...

I think we'd need to see your alarm definition to try and diagnose the problem...

you are right, for some reason solar detect worng NIC speed.

here is automatic interface bandwidth speed

i edit bandwidth value from 0.0001 to 1000.
