Syslog and having a comma in your syslog message pattern text

Hi all, this may have been answered in the dim and distant past, but I'm trying to use the following as the Syslog message pattern text:

*Failed to establish a backside connection, URL:*

and I'm sure this comma is being seen by Syslog viewer as a list rather than the actual text to match.

Is there any way I can get this to work?

not sure if the viewer accepts this kind of regex, but you could try escaping it with a \

or you could just put a wildcard there in place of the comma?
