APM service not available

Hi there,

I was installing an APM, and found the attached error. Can anyone know how to fix this?

This error means that the website cannot contact the Solarwinds Module Engine service.

Could you check that the service is started?

Start > All Programs > Solarwinds Orion > Advanced Features > Orion Service Manager.

Thank fof replying, I've attached a screen shot of Orion Service Manager. It seems that when I start Orion service module - it cannot start the service.

Do you get any specific errors in the windows events when you try to start it? That might help us to find the cause.

Meanwhile, you should try to reinstall this service with the configuration wizard.

Start > All Programs > Solarwinds Orion > (Configuration and Auto-Discovery) > Configuration Wizard

Select Services. Let all the services selected and they will be reinstalled.

Can you start it once done that?

I was able to access the main page of APM, but when I click "Manage Application Templates" the attached error was observed.
