We have implemented the Approval process and is working well.

Question are the approved or declined requests logged or viewable after excuted?

You can run a User Audit report to see if that gives you what you are looking for.

On the NCM gui, go to reports, view, Audit, and run the User Activity Tracking Report to see if the approvals are in the actions.
