Nortel WLAN2380

 I've made a template for this and named it correctly and when I try to test a login using it, I get an "Unable to locate the device template: Nortel WLAN2380". It is in the directory as all the other files and I used the same format as all the other files are in.

 

I named it Nortel WLAN2380-1.3.6.1.4.1.45.6.1.3.1.3.ConfigMgmt-Commands

 

What am I missing?

 Did you change the System OID and the Device name to match the file name inside the template file. For example your root node should look like

 <Configuration-Management Device="Nortel WLAN2380" SystemOID="1.3.6.1.4.1.45.6.1.3.1.3">

Then just to be sure restart your NCM console and see if it shows up.
