Monitoring problems using SNMPv3

I have some devices on the far side of a firewall which have SNMPv3 configured on them. NPM is collecting interface and volume stats OK

I want to monitor some services using APM

When I use the "Find Processess, services and performance counters" utility it lists all the processes ok and I can select the ones I want and create an Application Template. But when it is deployed to the same device all the processes are displayed as being down with the error message "The Process was not found".

Has anyone else seen this

Any ideas as to where to look

This was an issue on older versions of APM. Are you currently running APM v4.2?

Yes APM v4.2 and NPM 10.2 RC

This is definitely not normal behavior. I would recommend opening a case with support so we can gather debug diagnostics and see what's going on.
