Custom timeout for SQL query?

There are certain queries of our sql environment that take hours to complete due to the size of the db and complexity of the query. This is normal for us. We would like to trend the results in APM, but it appears there's some sort of timeout number. We don't want all SQL queries to have the same timeout. Am I out of luck?

That is not possible in the current version. I've added it to our internal system as a feature request.
