Interface dependent on Separate Node

I am in the process of cleaning up my alerting and wanted to create some dependencies for interfaces but could not see a way to do this, only nodes and groups.

Example situation:

I have a router with several interfaces, one of which connects to a microwave radio. If the interface on the router goes down, I don't need an alert that the radio is also down.

Is there a way to set this up to minimize duplicate alerts?

I'm able to configure dependencies with an interface as the parent and node as the child. I'm on version 12.5 of the NPM if that makes a difference.

Hmm...apparently I am just blind. Been looking for this for awhile and only could see group/node in the drop down. Thank you!

I see Interface as a choice for the parent, but not as a child, which would be helpful if that is possible as well.
