What made you run the Configuration Wizard? Was this a new installation, or a an upgrade?
Hello, I have NPM and when install SAM show this error. I running admin local account user. The dara base área in another server.
Make sure all your Orion services and IIS is running, and try running the configuration wizard again. It might be worth rebooting the NPM server before running the wizard again, if you can.
Pending reboots for Windows Updates can also cause issues.
Yes reboot might help, sometimes even if the services are running fine, this error comes.
And check the IIS also.
